Graduates will further gain knowledge of the chain: review of customer or supplier requirements; development of design and technological documentation; creation of production plans, time schedules, production process plans and information on quantities of parts, materials and semi-finished products; production optimization; quality control; accuracy testing and validation. He will use the acquired knowledge in practice as a quality manager, production planner, expert in the field of distribution, supply and production logistics and expert in the field of innovation and investment. The graduate can solve problems, coordinate procedures in teams and make independent and responsible decisions. Based on the above, the knowledge, skills and competences of graduates correspond to the relevant level of the Qualification Framework in the European Higher Education Area. Knowledge (level 7): The graduate has deep and cross-sectional knowledge in a specialized field, including knowledge of contexts and relationships to related fields, knows and understands theories, methods and procedures that are used in the field, with possible application in science and research. Skills (Level 7): The graduate can actively acquire new knowledge and information, integrate and use them in applications for the development of the field, can creatively solve theoretical and practical tasks in the field using theory and research and development procedures, can contribute to the development of the field by acquiring new knowledge while solving the above tasks. Competencies (level 7): The graduate can solve problems, coordinate procedures in teams and make independent and responsible decisions in a changing environment, is ready to take responsibility for his activities and decisions, taking into account wider social consequences, can formulate information about the procedure and results of solving tasks, communicate professional opinions with experts . Link to the relevant level of the formal education system: Completion of the study program of the second level of higher education. Proof of education obtained at the given level of the qualification framework: University diploma and diploma supplement obtained after completing the study program of the second level of higher education.
Main learning outcomes
Graduates of the "Industrial Management" study program are able to independently solve problems related to business management at the highest management level. From the acquired theoretical knowledge, they master issues from the field of design, production systems and processes, economy, logistics, production quality and safety, legal and socio-ethical subjects.
Professions

Employability

Evaluation of the study programme graduates employability
Graduates of the Industrial Management study program are able to find employment in manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies in various senior positions that require them to manage activities mainly in the areas of: production planning, production quality, Industry 4.0, supply, distribution and production logistics, crisis management, ergonomics, strategic, tactical and operational management. Graduates of the study program "Industrial Management" smoothly develop the knowledge acquired in the first stage of university studies and gradually learn to master various methods of calculations, more complex simulations and verifications of model solutions of manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises, learn to create and establish start-ups, are familiar with the operation companies, creating results and balance sheets, economic and economic analyses, quality assessment methods, lean methods, ergonomics of production cells and workplaces, crisis management, information and identification technologies. The Industrial Management in Engineering study program is a study program in which many graduates have successfully passed the state final exams, and according to https://uplatnenie.sk, it is not possible to evaluate the percentage application in a relevant way, but based on feedback from practice partners as well as the graduates themselves, it is possible to state that graduates of the study program are successful on the labor market.
